Our ‘house’ salad dressing

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (my kids prefer white)

2T sucanat (you could use brown sugar or agave)

1T (heaping) fresh, minced garlic

1-2t dijon mustard (your taste preference)

1/2t sea salt

1/2t ground black pepper

3/4cup Flaxseed oil (you could use extra virgin olive oil)

Combine well (shake in a canning jar) and serve!  🙂
